Ouanalao Dive
Starting in the lagoon at Grand Cul de
Sac, dives are organized primarily
around the small outlying islands, which
resulted from intense volcanic activity
centuries ago.
From the only dive center operating
along the Atlantic coast, as well as all
around the island, you will be
accompanied by certified instructors who
lead you into a realm peopled with
tropical fish, tarpons, sharks, marine
turtles, stingrays, lobsters and
barracudas.
All this is set in a carved relief
comprising grottos, arches, and tunnels,
covered with anemones, sponges, and
multicolored coral.

Dive Spots
The island is situated on a coral plate
and the maximum depth available is
approximately 90 feet.
The dive spots are no more than 5 to
20 minutes from the harbor of Gustavia. There are reefs, caves, canyons and 4 wrecks in the
area (3 fishing boats and a yacht that went down with the
last hurricane).
